Smart board lesson… a very fun class. First time I had been introduced to the special board, I really amazed. Is that magic? Hahaha.. that’s was my first taught. But after the long and informational explanation by miss asmayati helped by madam johana, I understand more about the magic board.
Smart board is actually an interactive white board which provides a touch control of computer applications and annotation over Microsoft Windows applications. The smart board can detect user input that are equivalent to normal PC input devices such as mouse and keyboard. To display the output video from computer, a projector is used and functions as the touchscreen. Smart board has 4 different colour pen and also an whiteboard eraser. This utensil can be used for handwriting or drawing as it use the active digitizer that controls the PC input information for writing capabilities.
The smart board is really an interesting apparatus and useful. Students will attract to it and will pay attention in a lesson. Teacher will have a great time teaching the children.

The class on Camstudio never make me feel bored. It’s really interesting and fun. When I saw the demonstration by En.Junaidi on using camstudio, I really impatient to try it. I have seen the type of video that using camstudio to make it. I found it many times in youtube. It is the video on how to do something. For example, how to use adobe photoshop, how to make movie using windows movie maker and so on.

This free software is really helpful for me in order to make some explanation on a lesson. Camstudio is quite easy to use as it is not having complicated and advance tools. The video that had been made can be rendered in an AVI format. It can also convert these AVIs into Flash Video format, embedded in SWF files. CamStudio is coded in Microsoft Visual C++.

By using camstudio, I can build my own video by recoding any activity related to the lesson, so I can used it in the class. The advantage is it can make the explanation manually (by speaking )to be understood more clearly. Camstudio really a useful software for teachers.

Dunia perguruan tidak terlepas dari mengaplikasikan teknik persembahan dan penyampain yang berkesan. Sejajar dengan perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi, pelbagai aplikasi dapat digunakan sebagai cara mempersembahkan sesuatu pengajaran.
Salah satu cara yang biasa digunakan dalam persembahan ialah menggunakan perisian Microsoft Power Point. Melalui perisian ini, maklumat dapat disampaikan secara ringkas tetapi berkesan menggunakan fungsi persembahan slide( slide show).pembelajaran dalam topic Microsoft PowerPoint ini memberi saya banyak pengetahuan kepada saya untuk merancang isi-isi pembelajaran bagi menyampaikan kepada pelajar.
Dalam sesi pembelajaran ini juga,saya didedahkan dengan penggunaan satu lagi perisian yang berorientasikan fungsi untuk persembahan dan penyampaian iaitu Cool Iris dan Picklen. Cool Iris dan Picklen memberi cara persembahan yang agak berbeza berbanding dengan Microsoft PowerPoint . Melaluinya, persembahan dipaparkan dalam bentuk slideshow gambar (biasanya dalam format JPEG). Hasilnya bagi saya menampakkan gaya dan cara persembahan yang lebih elegen dan simple sesuai dengan frasa “cool” yang terdapat pada nama perisian ini. Picklen adalah aplikasi tambahan yang membolehkan kerja-kerja editing menggunakan Cool Iris dilakukan secara offline.
Secara keseluruhannya, dengan fungsi yang mesra pengguna dan ciri persembahan yang elegen
Cool Iris dengan tambahan Picklen dapat memberi nafas baru dalam aspek persembahan maklumat dalam penyampaian.

Picasa class was so enjoying. I really love editing pictures and video. As Picasa gave me the opportunity, I don’t going to be missing it. Picasa is one of the software that allowed people to edit their pictures, and making picture presentation or slideshows. Although there are many of software that can do the same, but for me Picasa has its own specialty. Why? Because for me, the function inside it really a user-friendly function. The simple editing package makes the work become easy and fast. It is very suitable for those who want to make something interesting but only take a short time. One function that I like in Picasa is the collage. It is really nice and cute. I just need to insert the picture I want to make the collage and automatically, Picasa will show the suggested collage. What I need to do is just choose the best collage I want. It is very easy to do.

Picasa is very useful in the teaching process too. It is because we can use Picasa to make our presentation slide of pictures to capture the students’ attention. Students usually love this kind of visual showing compare to the hearing of lecture session. So, let’s try to make some change and use Picasa as the teaching material apparatus.

For me, learning Picasa is a very fun and interesting sessions. It’s not only enjoying but also knowledgeable. So, just try it to experience on your own.

i also really love to draw. my favourite drawing is cartoon, scenery and landscape. i also like to design some crazy architecture building just for my imagination satisfication.heheh.. (eg: underwater bungalow, moonhouse, underground theme park and so on.)

I love cooking very much. so, for my mother's 42 besday, i cook her a chocolate cake with my younger sister. that was very simple one, but for me it is the sincere gave from me and my sister. as my brother and my elder sister were not in home because of studying and working. both of us only that celebrate it with my dad. and for this cake, i had broken the mixture spinner. i'm sorry mama!!
i've lost the picture of the cake..so i cannot share the picture. later on i will try to find it and share with all of you...

This lesson is about one of the teaching helping instrument or material (ABM) that is useful in giving the lesson to the students. The purpose is just like spreadsheet but it is quite different in order of the method and ways.
Learning the lesson in simulation is very interesting. It is because, in simulation, teacher needs to prepare the material to increase the student’s understanding by using a lot of media such as audio, video, and other type. For example, in chemistry reaction, teacher can show the complete reactions mechanism that occurs in a chemical reaction. Teacher can use a visual such as in video type to show the molecule and atoms movement that cannot being explained or see using rough eyes. So by using simulation, the imaginary lesson that needs the student to think can be show visually. This makes the better understanding in student learning process.
In this lecture, we again are exposed about the teaching process as told in the previous lesson that is in spreadsheet. The information really help in order to give a very quality lesson delivering process.
As for me, I really love to study a topic with the additional simulation part. This is because, when seeing something, my memory can remember more compared to depend on listening only. Thus, the simulation helps me a lots in my study.
The task that being ask for me and my partner to do related to the simulation topic also give me new knowledge. From the task, I can search for a lot of simulation source in the website. The finding can be used in future learning. It is really fun to find a simulation that related to what I had learnt before because I can relate I to the theory with the activity in the simulation. It gives me satisfaction in learning.

Career in education is not only regarding and related to giving information sessions. Teacher should have some skills in making the lesson more interesting. In order to make the distribution and input giving in maximum level, teacher can use the teaching helping instrument (ABM- alat bantu mengajar).
One of the instrument or method in helping teaching process is the spreadsheet. Spreadsheet is the method in organizing data collection into columns and rows. This method can make the work to be easy and also can be used in presenting the information in more systematic way.
After learning about spreadsheet, I have the experience to do the proper method in manipulating and presenting the data. I really believe that spreadsheet can help a teacher (especially me) in make the work easier, not only for educational purpose but also for organizing and administration purpose. It is because by applying spreadsheet, we can interpret the data in various ways, such as in grid line, pie chart, line graph and table.
Besides we are teach about organizing data, by converting the data into different format, we are also taught, about the organization in teaching delivering which is involving the process of engaging, empowering and enhancing. For me, the technique is very important in order to let the student in better understanding. The step will allow students, to learn and understand some lesson by relating it with surrounding.
This lesson makes me feel eager to enter the teaching world. I am very impatient in organizing my own teaching material and I wish I could create some technique and formula in making the lesson become easier.

Fun With Science and Mathematics is the programme organized by FST in order to attract the students in range of primary and secondary school to the world of science and mathematics. i and a few of my friends were invited to join the programme as the exhibition fasilitator. as we are in chemistry course, we di the exhibition about the worlds of chemist. our exhibition was split in two session; first is " chemistry my love" - the explaining and talks about the enjoying chemistry world and second is the exhibition and demonstration part.
the talks was delivered by Chemistry lecturer at the begining such as Dr. zainul and Dr. Ismail. then we have one more talks at the end of the session after the tour on exhibitin. i myselft who delivered the second talks. it is extremely fun when giving the talks although i am not a good speaker especially delivering in english, but its nice to see the students show their attractions towards chemistry. at the session, i showed them a few video related to what they can do using chemistry. i remebered one of the student ask me the detail step on how to do the smoke bombs. it is really surprising and the lecturer in charge, our beloved Miss Mazlina ask me not to tell because it is dangerous to do at home. and after that, the video is not being showed anymore..( due to the safety)

in the exhibition parts, we have 6 stations which demonstrate some interesting expeiment to the students. the experiment chosen is based on something that can show changes that will amazed the students. the station are:

1. funny colour- the application of asid and base that show the changes on the colour of the water.
2. magic draw- the uses of chemical compound that is flameable to draw a picture and then being burn to get a moving drawing picture
3. lava lamp - the concept of density and reaction in water which then create a volcano or lava movement in water. really beautiful
4. making water- the purfying method of water
5. chem's park- the conceptof the reaction of different types of salt that produce a very beautiful scenery of park
6. pepsi blue- the concept of chemical reaction that change the colour of solution

our exhibition is held smoothly as we have the person who monitoring the event. yes that is miss mazlina who helped by mr.badrul.they are the one responsible in to make sure evertyhing smooth.i totally miss the programme and hope to be involve in this kind of progrrame again.
